On the 1^st of July, 2008, Fresh Property Co are launching Fresh Property Albania.  Our new offices will be located in Albania’s capital Tirana and in the coastal resort of Saranda, opposite the Greek Island of Corfu.

The offices will provide on-going support to clients of Fresh Property Co, as well as regular sales, long term lettings and holiday lettings for locals and tourists.

Special rates for our services will be available exclusively to Fresh Property Co clients.

The offices are located in prime locations in Tirana’s city centre – close to Myslim Shuri, and in Saranda, next to the bustling port.

We are very excited to be opening these new offices at a time when the Albanian property market is taking off, and other more established markets are cooling.

When complete, CityPark Tirana will be the largest shopping center in Tirana and in Albania.

CityPark Tirana, AM Group’s 40,000 m² GLA shopping center, is due to be completed early 2009, and will host approximately 150 retail units, supermarkets, food courts and leisure facilities. It will also offer more than 3000 parking spaces.

CityPark Tirana is located on the Tirana- Durres National Road, 15km from Tirana, 25 km from Durres and 5 km from Tirana National Airport. It covers a catchment area of 1,350,000 consumers in a 25 km radius.

Colliers International will also provide management services for CityPark Tirana.
