The countries and locations that are featured by Fresh Property Company have been selected on the basis that they suit the needs of the “pure” investors.

This means they meet the criteria from an investment point of view, based on what investors have told us THEY want:

  • Markets, for various reasons, that are experiencing higher than normal growth
  • Markets with potential exceptional rental yields

Also investors are generally very busy people who need the support of a partner to give them a selection of options, help them choose their investments and build their portfolio.

This is why we offer different products in different markets, and our property consultants, who are investors themselves, exist to advise and guide investors, rather than push a single product.

Even though the properties have been selected on an investment basis, some of them are also suitable as second homes and holiday homes.
